Do you love to plan and organize events or things? It’s a natural tendency for us to desire perfection, as we want things to go or be a certain way. Then bam you’ve hit a brick wall and everything falls apart! We often question ”What happen?” or ”Why me?” when things go wrong in order to improve ourselves from making the same mistake twice.
Let’s examine God’s Holy Word together, so we can learn why God does things His way.
Isaiah 55:8-9: “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
First, we must recognize and accept the reason why it happened. We need to understand that God’s plan may not be the same as ours. While we are God’s beloved children, we still need to trust His direction. God’s plan is perfect and He will never fail us.
Second, cast all of your problems, fears, and worries to God, because He cares for you. Know that God is always with you and He will never leave you. God will answer you in His own time because His ways are higher than heavens and earth.
Third, remember when God closes a door, know that God will open a better one! God can do more in a minute than we can ever think, do, or imagine in our lifetime. I will be asking God to reveal His will for your life and for you to fully accept it today.
