On Tuesday, I took my students on a local field trip to Mercy College’s Vitale Center for Academic Excellence and Innovation located at the Dobbs Ferry Campus.
Here are some photos of the latest technology that Mercy College is using to teach students various subjects. The students got hands-on experience using 3D Virtual Reality computers, run one of two innovative IDE computers, and the watch the HP Sprout computer and the Drexel 3D printer in action making QR coins for the college’s new RACE awards program. The students also got acquainted with 3D virtual reality design software programs called Leopoly and TinkerCad.
