Wow, I am officially part of SUNY Ulster adjunct faculty staff and in their STEM department on behalf of Hudson Link for Higher Education, The abbreviation of STEM stands for the subjects of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. STEM learning objectives include intellectual curiosity, problem-solving, and communication.
Thanks to my Dad, I was always curious how computers worked. He often took us to work to see the latest computer technology from punch card machines, magnetic tape recorders, large data centers, to super mainframes. It is no wonder, that later on our family opened and operated a computer repair & consulting business that served the tri-state area for over 25 years.
I am confident that my many years of computer experience and web knowledge that I gained through education has prepared me for this moment in time. My goal is to guide college students to gain the necessary business computer skills to successfully use today’s technology and application software, as well as, possibly become part of the creating tomorrow’s innovation.
If you can’t tell, I am super excited for next week’s Spring 2019 semester to start.
