Did you notice most of this year’s Super Bowl commercials were about Artificial Intelligence (AI) Robots? It was interesting to see how different each robot was designed. The commercial sponsors were able to make the robots think like us and had them showed some sort of actual human emotion. Yet, a common theme was that robots are in fact replacing our jobs of today.
We have come to accept the Internet of Things having embedded computers devices, but I am not sure if we are truly ready to have a robot in our own homes. Though, I wouldn’t mind one if it could do my household chores.
Should we fear robots? My opinion is no, but we should learn about AI capabilities. We need to embrace technology if we are to stay one step ahead of robots skill wise.
