Wednesday Wisdom

Do you crave fame or fortune? The Bible states:

The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied. -Proverbs 13:4

For me, a goal of mine is education, because I enjoy learning new things. By teaching, I can apply what knowledge I’ve learned and share it with others. I found out quickly that education is what you make of it, whether it is in the classroom or not.

The verse above states if we crave nothing, we will be nothing. God gave us a brain and we are to use it wisely when studying the Bible and other subjects. As believers, worldly arrows may come at us daily, but we must remain diligent to His Holy Word. Know and trust that God will surely provide what your soul needs.

I am praying for God’s guidance and wisdom upon my life and yours.
