The Roller Coaster of Grief

For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning – Psalm 30:5.

Because people are perishing, some may be very angry from losing their loved one during this pandemic. Let’s review: The Five Stages of Grief. via this video. Grief is often viewed as a roller coaster with lots of ups and downs along with twists and turns of emotions. You need to allow yourself to go through the various stages.

Please understand that everyone handles grief differently. You will be okay, but one must remember be good to yourself during the process. If you are struggling with grief know that you are not alone. Please reach out for counseling help from your pastor or a close Christian friend.

I know that you feel like a light has gone out of your life. Remember God loves you and is with you each step of the way. Continue to ask God to erase your anguish and help you to accept what you cannot change. May God’s comfort and love to surround you during the healing process.
