This week web design we will be doing a review for next week’s midterm. Students will be choosing their groups and basic theme for the 2nd half of the semester. Each team is to design their own nonprofit website to support the local community. The team will be given several assignments to complete together to learn how to make design decisions together, so time and project management is critical going forward.
NBC News – The History of the Internet video
Students will be given time to work on finishing their portfolio websites, so they can complete their own website. I look forward to seeing what they have design for the 1st have of the semester. The class will also be researching the history of the internet this week. It is quite amazing how the internet was created and how it continues to revolutionize how we creatively communicate content by sharing products, supplies, and stories on websites with others online.
