‘Well done, my good servant!’ his master replied. ‘Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities.’ Luke 19:17.
We decided to start the New Year with virtual church because of the increased cases of covid and omnicron going around. It is better to stay safe then to risk getting germs during this time of year. The walls do not make the church the people do. Here is the link for today’s church service: https://www.facebook.com/ccohv/videos/299068032166432/ Or https://youtu.be/93TOAH_P5_Q
Today’s sermon was from Luke 19, as it discusses that Christ is coming again. The pastor mentioned that nothing else matters in life, but saving lost souls. We all have the same time, different talents, and various treasures, but the question is, “What are we doing with it to honor God?” The Bible message hasn’t changed as it has remained the same throughout all generations. Jesus loves you and wants you to follow Him. Stop living in the world and start living for Jesus. Share the gospel message of Christ, so all shall be saved. We are to go forth and be a light for Jesus.
Be a blessing in this New Year and tell others of Jesus Christ and His excellent mercy and saving grace. The gift of salvation is freely given to all that seek Jesus and accept Him, as their Lord and Savior. Honor Jesus and He will bless you for it!
