Walk By Faith Not By Sight

Today’s Sunday service was from 2 Corinthians 2 by Guest Pastor Penna. In this this passage Apostle Paul describes how our earthly bodies are just temporary tents. He reminds us God puts the Holy Spirit in us. God allows things to happen. God also holds all things together. It is human nature that we often long for something better.

We need to live by faith sight. Many have lost loved ones, but we, as believers, need to know those who were saved are already in heaven. One day each of us will stand before God for our actions here on Earth. Paul continues to remind us to aim for things above. God is going to protect His people. We need to live and die for Jesus, and for Him alone.

What motivates you? Is it the love of Christ? Jesus loves you! Our love of Christ should compels us to live for Him. God will meet you where you are and God will never let you go. If you are in Christ, then we are made a creation in Jesus. By God’s grace we are saved. God is at work in us. We are now ambassadors for Jesus! Christ died for you, so that you can be with Him. Are you walking by your faith in Jesus?
