Today’s Sunday service was from Hebrews 12. In this chapter reveals that we need to run the race despite the agony. In verses 3-11, God tells us we will have trouble, but He will chases us. God gives us His strength to overcome anything, so that it will benefit it. God doesn’t want to harm us, but make us holy.
Apart from God, we are nothing. With God we can do anything. God will prune us. Jesus draws us closer to Him. In verse 12 or expresses how God strengthens our hands and encourages those who are feeble. God helps us to run the race if we let Him. Shake off the negativity and push through the pain by keeping a straight path. So, that you can finish strong.
While we are called to warn others of the devil’s schemes. We also need to encourage one another of God’s great love and free gift of salvation. Jesus is returning and people need Jesus more than ever today. We need to know our path and that it leads to Jesus. We need not get distracted, but we should seek peace with all people.
Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God. Don’t let bitterness hold you back from becoming what God created you to be for Him. Forgive those who have wronged you and live in God’s love and kindness forevermore. Stop blaming others and receive what God has for you.
