Today’s church service was from Hebrews 13, which is the last chapter. The author gives us a final greeting known as a benediction. Jesus is better than anything else. Jesus brings us peace and hope. What God starts in us, He will finish. Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith.
Jesus died for us and is with God in heaven. God chose us and by Jesus we have salvation, if we believe. God instructs us to go and do good, as it pleases Him. We need to continue to pray that we can keep following Jesus. God is the God of peace. We can only have true peace through Jesus.
The resurrection was real. Jesus is the great shepherd. We have the everlasting covenant through Jesus’s blood that shed for us. God is working within us. We can stand on the promises of God. The book of Hebrews ends with God’s grace be with you. Amen.
Are you drawing near to Jesus today? You can be made complete and equipped with Jesus in you. Let Jesus into your heart and mind, so He can give you the grace and peace you need. The cross and Jesus’s own blood saved each of us. Only Jesus can save you. You are forever saved and Jesus freely gives us everlasting life.
