I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me – Galatians 2:20.
This week my students are diving more into Adobe Illustrator by creating an infographic, which is a 2D flat drawing with combined with factual data along with symbols to convey a visual message. Students discovered Illustrator’s cool object image trace feature and how remove a white background by checking off the ignore white option found in the advanced features section.
This reminds me of all the really interesting illustrations found in the Bible to express who Jesus is to us. For no one has truly seen what God looks like, but we know Jesus exists because of God’s Holy Word. Once we believe in God, Jesus then lives within us, as the Holy Spirit. This is represented by the trinity, which is often drawn as a triquetra symbol for the reflection of equal and eternal unity.
Even though, we are sinners, God still loves each of us unconditionally. God washes away our sins when we accept Jesus as our personal Savior. God never fails us and He alone is in control of our destiny. I pray God continues to work in my life and yours, so that we can be the Christian person that God has designed each of us be. May we each be a true reflection of Jesus!
